This website collects nothing. There is no form, no cookie, no analytics, no tracker, and nothing loaded from anyone else. Reading this page tells us that someone read it, and not who.

The site itself

Static HTML and CSS, served from one origin. No JavaScript runs — not ours and not anyone else's. No cookies are set. No fonts, scripts, images or embeds are fetched from a third party, which is enforced by a Content-Security-Policy header permitting only stylesheets and images from this domain. There is nothing here to opt out of, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Our host keeps ordinary web server logs — an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested — as every web server does. We do not analyse them, build profiles from them, or export them.

If you email us

Writing to us means we hold your message and your address, because that is what email is. We keep correspondence as long as it takes to answer you, and afterwards as an ordinary business record. We do not add you to a mailing list; there is no mailing list. We do not sell, rent or share contact details with anyone.

Our mail is hosted by a third-party email provider, which processes messages in order to deliver them, under its own terms.

Client engagements

Consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page. Where an engagement involves personal data, the client is the data controller and Ellington Ventures acts as a processor on the client's documented instructions, under a data processing agreement where one is required.

Access is limited to what the work requires, and client data is not used to train models or reused on other engagements. TODO — state the retention and deletion commitment here and make sure it matches the standard MSA/DPA, so the two documents cannot contradict each other.
