Ellington Ventures is an applied AI consulting and implementation practice. The work is forward-deployed engineering: an engineer embeds with the team that has the problem, learns the domain well enough to be useful in it, and ships working software — rather than handing over a strategy deck and leaving.

What an engagement is usually about is the distance between a convincing demo and a system people rely on. That distance is larger than it looks, and most of it is not the model. It is the data around the model, the evaluation that tells you honestly whether the thing is working, and an interface that makes the output checkable by the person who is accountable for it being right.

Past engagements have covered enterprise workflow automation, retrieval and knowledge systems over internal tools, secure model access to company data, and document intelligence in production. Client work is under confidentiality and is not listed here; it can be discussed directly.
